Traveller Cancellation Policy
We do not want anybody to cancel the booking, but due to some conditions, it may happen. We have a good cancellation policy so that it doesn't bother you. Although, cancellation policy can vary depending on the tour.
1) For confirmed booking -
1.1) If cancellation is done before 24 hours of the start date of the trip, 5% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
1.2) If cancellation is done within 24 hours of the start date of the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
1.3) For Cab Service, If cancellation is done before 12 hours of the start date of the trip, 5% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
1.4) For Cab Service, If cancellation is done within 12 hours of the start date of the trip, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Note ➜ 5% cancellation fee are the Platform Charges.
2) Booking cancelled by the host -
2.1) In some cases, the host may cancel the booking due to weather or other circumstances. In that event, you may choose between rescheduling or an alternative of the trip or 100% full refund. In case of a full refund, the amount except Service Charge is refunded.

3) Rescheduling for confirmed booking -
3.1) To reschedule your confirmed booking, please contact our customer support at +91 63641 03355 or firstname.lastname@example.org before 24 hours of the start date of the trip.
3.2) Any requests for changes will depend on subject to availability by the host.
3.3) Not all bookings can be rescheduled, but we will try our best to get your booking rescheduled.
3.4) If the booking cannot be rescheduled then, you will have the option to cancel the booking. The refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy of confirmed bookings.
4) Force Majeure Event -
4.1) Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the host that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the trip, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, extreme weather, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, volcanoes, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labor troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of a like or different character beyond the control of the host.
4.2) The refund will be the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable costs incurred by the host for car rentals, tickets, reservations, etc.
Note ➜ We reserve the right to cancel your trip or offer an alternative trip or reschedule the trip or refund the applicable amount.
5) Refund Policy -
The applicable amount will be processed on the same day and the amount will be credited to your source mode of payment. However, the bank may take 03-05 business days to reflect it into your account.
The refund amount will be based as per above-mentioned cancellation policy.
